UPMC Hamot Imaging Center - Peach Street

"Everyone there is rude. Even bad mouth other imaging centers and hospitals to you, telling you that's why their x-rays are better than theirs. Lady tells me to stand up and I hit my head on the machine and she proceeds to tell me it was my fault because I stand funny. I'm sorry I suffer from r.a. and all my joints hurt in my body. Maybe you should have waited to tell me to stand up when the machine was actually out of the way rather than blame me for your mistake."

"Why are there no appointments???? Going on two hours waiting and was just told at least another half hour. This is ridiculous."

"Husband asked for copy of his ct scan disc day of test per Drs written orders. Center said would have courier deliver to Dr. Called center before Dr appt to verify was delivered. They said yes. Get to Dr appt and no disc was sent to them. Ridiculous and unprofessional!"

"After being on hold for 54MINUTES, during which I was asked twice if I could "Hold, please," they hung up. Then when I called back I was told that they "were answering all their phone call." Really? REALLY?? Questioning if I should even use their services."
