"My wife has her nails done every 3-4 weeks she went in for a full set and after only 3 days they started falling off on 4th day she went back to have them reapplied. They charged an additional $20 to do this after she paid $50 4 days prior. It's now the 12th day and not a single nail remains. Needless to say, but this place sucks............"

"Terrible place! If I could give a zero star I would, and I usually don’t write bad reviews. This is my second time back and my last. First time I was here, customer service was fine. The lady(owner) did ended up cutting my cuticles a few times, but it’s fine I let it slide. In my end, I’m thinking maybe she can’t really see that well so I didn’t complain. And I still tipped her over 20%. Today I decided to get my nails done, my usually nail salon were booked. I’m pretty faithful when it comes to nail salons, I’ll only go to a different spot if my nail girl is booked. And this is why i decided to come back here. They are usually always open and they always take walk ins. So heres my complaint. First complaint is that they do not sanitize their tools. And that is scary because they would use the same tools and equipments on everyone. Super unsanitary and unsafe. Secondly, keep in mind, they charge extra for EVERYTHING! I had a toe polish change and they charge $5 for gel polish removal, $2 for cut down. Which is understandable, so that wasn’t something that really bothered me. What bothered me was when I got an acrylic refill and I simply asked her to shape my nails evenly after she applied acrylic on. She told me that would be $5 more. We’re not even talking about changing the shape, just filing it to even my nails out. To me that’s insane because that should be part of the refill process. I was talking to her politely and being respectful. I’m not sure if she(lady owner) was having a bad day but she proceeds to be very rude to me. These are her exact words, “your nail shapes are ugly, you’re giving me more work. Don’t come back here for refills again next time. I will have to charge you for a fullset . If you want me to file your nails that’s extra.” And I’m just asking her to file it a bit to make it even because my nails after she applied acrylic on were super lumpy and lopsided! I mentioned that, the first time I was here you filed them and never mentioned anything about the extra charges. So I don’t know why you’re telling me all this today. And I also mentioned that I always tip you well. Her response was “don’t come back again, I don’t care for your tips. I like good customers.” I am never the type to be rude to someone, I come here to support their business because it’s a family owned business and I respect the hustle. But after today, never again. You just lost a customer, regardless if you were having a bad day or not that’s not how you treat a paying customers who still ended up tipping, despite the bad service. I work in the beauty industry so I would never not leave a tip no matter what. But she certainly did not deserved it. Also, my nail refill service from removing the polish to polishing my nails took less than 30 mins! It came out super bad. Wasted time and money at this establishment. I had to go out and buy polish to polish my own nails again. So this is my review for this place, try them at your own risk. Super rude, terrible customer service @ the lady owner. 愁眉苦脸不清楚不会做生意的女人"

"Charged me $100 (before tip!!!!!) for a standard Gel Mani Pedi. The gel didn't even last a week. Other places I go to charge under 80 and last over 2-3 weeks with the same level of care. Absolutely disappointed. Will not be returning."
