"My appt was for 10am I called said I would be 10 minutes late, did they want me to reschedule, I was told no problem come in, I arrived exactly 10 minutes late, 1010am another woman walked in the exact time i did her appt was for 1030am, the tech says well u were late so I'm talking her first. It was the attitude not professional at all. Never going back to this place again."
