"RUDE AND GHETTO! I supported this business for years, they get smart and talk about you in their language. I didn’t like how I got my nails done the last time I was there. Ana did them, I told Ana I wanted them short square, she says your nails to short, which I understand but I always get them short, and she knows that. I don’t know if she had an attitude today but she definitely acted like she did. She told me I can wait for Yahya. And made me get out of her chair. And no one was there. I decided not the get them done, because of the attitude. I won’t be BACK. Lastly they don’t clean their scrubbers and tools good, someone could get fungus."

"Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. They have a lot of color and design selections. Most techs can do hand sketched designs well. What can be frustrating, some of their products are inconsistent and mess up sooner than expected. They will repair without issue but when asked they seemed to already know they're using product that are bad but continue to use them. I prefer not to have to come back to get a repair even if it is free."

"They move fast but don’t come if you want sharp and neat nails. This place is fast and mediocre. Great for simple styles but they have trouble with nail designs."

"Ok so I read the reviews and decided to give them the benefit of doubt. They were certainly very welcoming and nice but the reviews are true that; 1. Not sanitary. The stations looked dirty like old acrylic and nail dust accumulation, dirty hand pouf duster, used dirty nail tools/filers and a raggedy old warm hand towel. The salon itself was not very clean either. It is imperative that you keep the salon, tools, and seating areas clean as you could lead to fungal diseases. 2. I requested short nails but never imagined it would look like that. I should have taken a side view of my nails but the acrylic was thick to the point where the nail looked like a bubble. I honestly tried to like them but I truly regret not saying anything. I was the laughing stock amongst my friends. See picture. 3. Salon reeked too much of acrylic solution and it’s very bad for the technicians and customers. Please utilize an air filter or keep the door/window open a little bit for air circulation. I liked the staff but your technicians need to be trained if customers are to pay $35-$100. Go at your own risk. I would ask other reviewers which technicians they recommend."
