"EDIT: The owner was professional and reached out to me same day to fix the chipped nails, but because I was out of town, she refunded me. I appreciate the attention to detail and the professionalism, and I would be willing to try them again when I'm back. Thank you! I thought the service was great and the technicians were very kind. But I got a regular manicure and pedicure for a wedding late Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon/evening, (ie 1 day later ) things were already chipping. This is disappointing and the first time that it’s chipped so quickly in any nail salon. Both thumbs (left and right are chipping) and unfortunately, this is just from washing hands without any direct trauma, as now (Monday morning) more polish is eroding at the index nails. I only get regular polish, but it's the first time that polish has gone so quickly."

"I was in Philly for a wedding and got my nails done here on June 10. I had to leave a review with pics because it is now july 13 and I didn’t have a single dent/scratch/chip in this gel manicure until yesterday. I have two little kids and these nails have been through a month of cooking, gardening, cleaning and even a week at the beach. I can only assume some form of witchcraft is included in the gel manicure here and I just wish I lived closer. Photos are of my month old manicure."
