"Had a PCR Covid test at cvs 5 days prior to a surgery. No results after 5 days and they said it would be another 1-2 days. Fortunately the hospital allowed me to do a rapid test the day of surgery instead of rescheduling the procedure. Test should have been back in 2-3 days. Caused many anxious hours of phone calls. I will never use cvs for a Covid test again! Jerry Warmkessel"
"The place is dirty, bathrooms are disgusting, the pharmacy never answer the phone. Over 6 times I have been on hold for more than 60 minutes, just mind blowing how mediocre is their customer service. The young blonde guy that is a PharmD is very rude and indifferent to others need. I don't get why they are always in a bad mood. Completely unacceptable."
"This used to be a wonderful place to have prescriptions filled. The guy who used to work the window was so sweet and kept the cars moving with speedy service. Now for the past couple of months, I sit for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes at a drive-thru to pick up prescriptions. There's no excuse for just poor and slow customer service. I hope this CVS steps up their game soon."
