"The actual pharmacy is closed before the store closes and opens an hour after the store opens. What moron came up with that idea? Not to mention they always look dirty and run down. I never use CVS but I’m avoiding this chain like the plague moving forward."

"My kid had a prescription that required pre-authorization. I received the pre-authorization in the mail, so I brought it in nearly a week later to pick up the prescription. The pharmacy refuses to fill it. They say that the doctors office must be the one to send the pre-authorization. This is not true in my experience as a doctor. I would like to hear some clarification because it seems unprofessional and pure lazy to me."
