"I've gotten my nails painted twice here and it was lovely both times. The folks here did a great job, plus today I left my jacket behind and someone who works here ran after me and gave it back to me. I really appreciated that! The people here definitely care a lot and I plan to keep returning."

"I was going to this location for more than 10 years. Always nice and courteous; however my last visit has me where I won’t be returning. One of the main ladies that would do my pedicure was out. Not sure if it was to have her baby but the vibe was off. They sat me and my daughter in the chairs and didn’t even allow time for our feet to soak. Rushed through my feet and they looked awful. She painted past my nail to shape my nail the way she wanted it to look. Some had fat bubble looks and there was polish left on different parts of my feet. We normally pay $45 a piece.but for some reason it came to 104 for both so she also up charged. I got a gel pedicure and we know that dries instantly after curing but when I got home and took my sneakers off my second toe on both feet had smudged off and looked a hot mess. My feet aren’t the best looking but I never went to this location and was unhappy until this visit. They had two other guest that came in after and they went right to work on making sure they were comfortable and had time to soak there feet. No matter how long I have been going if I pay my money treatment should be the same. I don’t want to relate it to race but after what I experienced with this girl I do believe she rushed and didn’t care so she could get to the OTHER guests… I will not return. May give Yvonne across the street a visit."
