"It is a quiet comfortable place. There are TVs kept muted with captions. Parking is never a problem; location is great. The regular manicures/pedicures last reasonably. Took me awhile to find a technician that suited me though. My soles are sensitive, and I do not care for careless treatment or curt manners. Amy is 5 star and I now only see her."
"Omg!!! They were incredible. My friend and I were looking for a new place, because we just didn’t love our other place. We called Julie’s and they had an appt right away. We both got gel acrylic fill in with 2 different nail techs. Both were fantastic. Lisa spent extra time fixing my acrylics since my last place messed them up, but she didn’t charge extra. Now they look like my natural nails (not bulky at all). The hand massage at the end was phenomenal. I also was watching people who were getting pedicures, and they looked amazing! Definitely going to get one next time. I’ve never seen a place spend so much time with massaging during a pedicure. It looked glorious. Will absolutely be coming back!! Love! Thank you!!"
"Unfortunately this place has been my go to for a long time. I went for dip nails and the woman )who looks to be the one in charge) did them. She rushed with my nails. She likes to use the electric sander tool to cut down your cuticles instead of using the cuticle trimmer. She also did 2 coats of dip..when the other woman does 3. She did not ask me to wash my hands after she completed the shaping. She did not use the tool to clean around my cuticle after she applied the dip..also did not clean under my nails as the last step! As my nails were drying, she walked out with her bag (she apparently had plans and she wanted to rush my appt so she can go). The other ladies are fabulous. I don’t know her name, but she sits up front and also takes the calls. Noticed things have gone down hill..I don’t think Julie manages the salon anymore. Very disappointed."
"I asked for french tip and I definitely did not get what i wanted, i was so calm at first but they rushed my nails and ran to the other persons, I think this place is racist!! Rather than apologizing they kept on giving me attitudes never going back!!!"
"This was my first day here, and I had Jenny who was rude. The entire time I was there I felt rushed. When she was filing and buffing my nails she had the machine on the highest setting, and ended up cutting my cuticle on my thumb and middle finger. She asked if she could put “medicine” (which was this blue liquid) on it but I asked her what’s in it and what kind and she replied “never mind, never mind”, so I said I didn’t want it. On top of that, she told me to look at the TV and not at what she’s doing to my hand, while also repeatedly telling me to relax, which I was. Lastly, I don’t think they properly sanitize the tools and stations like they should. So I won’t be coming here again."
