Simplicity Salon

"I have gone to this salon to get highlights and a haircut and it was a great experience up until recently. I damaged my hair on my own and asked for a pixie cut again so that the damage could be cut out. The hair stylist was visibly annoyed with my request and questioned me about it multiple times, but did it anyway. As I was leaving, she also made a sly comment about MY hairstyle choice . I let it brush off my shoulders and wanted to get my hair cut down even more as I still find some of my hair to have damaged pieces so I called back to make an appointment and had to leave a message. No one called me back so I called again the next day and someone picked up and hung up. I called from a different number and someone picked up. Therefore I feel they no longer want my services which is strange because I have always been well mannered and polite and this is all over a hairstyle that I chose for myself. It is a shame because I like how they do my hair and have suggested others go there but no longer."
