"I got my nails done last week and they started peeling immediately. However , I received a call from one of the managers 3 days later and he told me to come in so a different nail tech could fix my nails. I went back and Linda did an excellent job. Everyone there was really nice about things and apologized for my last experience . This is a place that really cares about customer satisfaction, I would definitely come back and recommend this place . Very nice facilities and great caring people."

"Love it here! All the girls do an amazing job and they have a crazy extensive selection of dip colors and really nice gel colors also. I would make an appointment because they're always very busy. They also give a 10% discount to Temple students Monday- Wednesday if you pay cash! They can also do really nice designs and they have a point system that gives you money off after a certain amount of points."

"This was my first visit and I came here to get a fill with pink french tip design. I appreciated the fact that Janet was able to take me despite the store closing in less than an hour however, I asked multiple times if it would be better for me to come back the next business day and they told me I could be serviced. Again, I appreciate my tech staying passed closing time to do my nails but I really wish they would have turned me away because the nails i received were very sloppily done. She ended up removing my nails completely and giving me a full set (no problem). However, I did not get the design I wanted and worst was the finished product was thick, lumpy and misshapen. I did ask to have it fixed but I was unable to have a different tech repair it. I’m sad because of how many positive reviews I saw for this newer location but was completely disappointed with my results. Be careful."

"Salon is clean, staff is nice and welcoming, Tiffany did my nails and I'm satisfied. I took off one star because I waited longer than expected, My appointment was at 6pm, I left there at 8:20pm, she got behind schedule. Also I requested a french manicure, but with two lines of color and I wasn't told that it would be an extra $20, the prices are listed but no where did it state that. I would suggest transparency with cost upfront. I have to say that Tiffany was more than willing to rectify this and gave me a significant discount for how long I waited patiently. I will be back soon Tiffany :) I have to add that Lynn is a peach and does good work, her customer sitting next to me was also satisfied with her work. FYI photo nails are 4 days old."
