"I took me and my daughter there for the first time last week. I will start off with my eyebrow wax. I asked her to not make them to thin, she didn’t listen and then burned my skin and ripped it off because the wax was too hot. To double down I got my daughter and my nails done with a pedicure. My daughter wanted small stiletto nails which looked like almond. Mines were coffin which don’t look like anything because within 24 hours three of my daughters nails broke hurting her finger. And the same happened to mines a day later. The nails were uneven and had no apex. Thank god our nail beds didn’t split cause if more pain. I asked for a French tip design she couldn’t do it. Then proceeded to ask for help and the help continued to show a lack of any professional training. No one listened to me. They even had other people arguing about how my nails looked. I’m not a confrontational person so I just said thank you and paid $200 for the worst sets we ever received from a nail salon. I wanted to cry so bad. I’ll show pics of what’s left. So sad will never go back."

"I am going out of the country for my LS’s wedding and decided to go here to get my nails done. I had a really bad experience. First, the lady who was doing my pedicure got upset with me for looking at MY feet. Then, the nail tech who did my nails did a horrible job. When I tried to explain to her that my nails did not look nice she wouldn’t listen when. This was not a satisfying experience. I promised myself that I will be doing my own nails and feet going forward! I’m spending too much money not to be serviced correctly or treated with courtesy. Teresa have Jon fix my nails but it still did not give what it was suppose to give!"

"I do not agree with paying before a service such as nails/pedicures is complete. The quality of nail techs has plummetted in the last few years and this is no different. They polished my toes like a 5 year old, did put enough acrylic on my nails so it looked like I needed a refill before I left the shop. They had to repaint my feet twice and my nails twice. Here's my nails after 3days!!"

"Been going to Theresa's since the early 2000's. They treat you with respect and courtesy. If they did something not to your liking, they will do their best to fix it."
