"I’ve been coming to Boutique for the past year and half now. I’ve never had any complaints. I always leave happy, and loving my nails. the tech’s really are so nice and I feel like they accommodate whatever you want if you just ask. the prices are extremely reasonable for city prices/ the work you get done. If there’s ever a wait time, i’d gladly wait. It’s worth it. me and my bestie come here as our little “self-care” days. I’m so happy I found this salon and will not give my business to any other salon. thank you to all the hard workers here!!"
"Yikes. There is absolute chaos inside the salon because they are super busy. The service was rushed and my nails came out horrible. There was no manicure ( removal of skin, cuticle care, etc.), my dip/ polish looks chunky and so sloppy. My nails look like I need a manicure and that they’ve grown out even though I just got them them five minutes ago…"
"I got my nails done here for my wedding, and it was my first time doing dip/gel (they did a layer of dip on the bottom followed by gel- which they did not clear with me first and I would not have been ok with if I had known because of the UV exposure). The woman who did my nails did a great job and the nail art turned out beautifully. However, I went back a few weeks later to have my gel removed, and since I've never had this service done before, I didn't know what to expect. My nails were over-buffed and are now so thin. It hurts to do anything that involves nails (like scrubbing my head in the shower) and I have developed a ton of little bruises at the tips of my nails. My nails have always been really strong and now they feel so weak- any time I accidentally hit them against something, its instant pain. I would not recommend this salon because I do not believe they are trained to use safe practices on your nails. ETA: photo of bruises under my nails"
"Went with 3 of my friends for pedicures. We made reservations ahead of time which I highly recommend because it was a busy Saturday afternoon for them. They were very accommodating when I asked to get a matching manicure done as well. Two people worked on me so the appointment wasn’t long and both nail technicians did an amazing job. Very detailed to make sure the final results were smooth. I would go back again!"
"This is one of the best places to go for a manicure/pedicure. I sat down for what I though would be a basic pedicure and got the full spa experience! The hot rocks and lotion were so soothing. I got the best leg and foot massage and walked out feeling so revived. I also got a super cute manicure and I’m just in love with the color. 10/10 experience. If you need to feel relaxed, this is the place to go!"
