"i called 2 hours ahead and asked when i can come in for a polish change on my toes. Kim said come in @2:30. I get there & she said $25. I asked for my nails (refill) she said $45 but that's what i paid for when i got a full set. She talking about your nails grew out so it's going to cost extra and then stated if i wasn't going to call the cops, she would. She said it costs $5 per nail to fix but on the price board it only says $3. She kept talking about how long the nails were but they're short. Do not waste ur time. She kept telling me that i wasn't happy n to go somewhere else. Unbelievable !"
