"My favorite nail salon. Very nice and friendly. I'm a male, I always go here for my Mani Pedi."
"Best nail salon in Chestnut Hill. The staff are friendly and do great work. The place is clean and the wait times are reasonable I would definitely recommend to others."
"I love going to see Jenna! They're all very talented though. Professional and organized. They don't take cards, but there so many other options to pay."
"My day started with me wanting a pedicure and manicure and my daughter also wanting a pedicure my daughter is 10...I searched places that open earlier than 10am in the area I live because I had a busy day ahead and wanted this portion of my day completed. This place is about 5min min from my house and I used to be a regular customer when it was under different management years ago so why not try them out and see how they do. It was a bad experience from the start soon as I walked in I was not greeted, I was asked if I had an appointment in which online and the sign says "no appointment needed", then as if I can't read they had a sign that says no credit cards accepted she tells me no credit cards accepted my reply ok I see you have an atm I'll mac the money out that's not a problem. One of the techs ask how old is my daughter I tell her 10 she says for her $20 ok no problem. We began our pedicures ... during the polishing part she goes to put the uv light on top of my foot and she messed the polish up I didn't say nothing because she still is polishing so it can be fixed. So she notices the mess up and accused me of moving my foot and she accused me several times because im telling her I didn't move why argue with the customer. During the process im txtn my husband because I seriously do not like the service and how I was treated and might I add I was the only person of color im not sure what bad experiences they may have had but I should have not been treated this way. After my pedicure she walks to the register as if she was finished but when I came in I asked for a manicure and pedicure. I asked for my total she said $80 im like for what the gel pedicure is $55 and kids(under 12) is $20 she says no I sd $25 well then maybe your sign should've reflected that...I used the atm and gave them their money and walked out never will I return or refer anyone. You foreigners come to our country and are some of the rudest people towards the ones who make you rich its sickening. I had my husband go up there and take a pic of the board of the prices and she erased the (under 12) part on the kids section but you forgot to erase the $20 part genius. Bad experience never again"
"I wanted to love this place. I’m in search of a good “side piece” nail salon. My usual girl is perfect, and always too busy to get me right in.— I walked in and spoke to the owner and a nail tech who does the acrylic- (apparently there are only two techs that does it there) I made an appointment for 3:30 for a pedicure and nails after. Day of I was running a few minutes behind, so I called them, they told me don’t worry take my time, when I got there I had to wait an hour, which was fine, although a little misleading. Then instead of the pedicure, I got my nails done first- Full set. Then I was ushered to the pedi chair- where one girl started my pedicure and another new girl began painting my nails- I felt rushed. Which I hate. My nails and feet services are my self care to myself- after caring for everyone else. I really like to enjoy my experience. I’m sad to say I did not. My pedicure was rushed, the lady painting my nails started fusing at the pedi lady- because she wanted to finish my nails. $145.00 dollars ($15 in tips) later my nails were ok and my feet felt ignored and still rough. I love my toe polish that I picked out!— but that’s it. The acrylic was ok, I did enjoy looking at the tech as she did it- she was very artsy about it. The paint job could have been better I’m sure had I not been sitting In the pedi chair. Overall it was just an ok experience. The ladies were all pretty friendly. The owner was really sweet. Good luck to this place."
