"I took my children here for a routine physical. It was our First and LAST time here. The doctor has much to learn in regards to bedside manor. The front desk staff needs to communicate with each other or the training is just sub-par. I called a week ahead to pick up this paperwork to make sure everything is complete and I just needed to walk in and get it. Not only was it not ready but Thank goodness I reviewed the physical while I was there because the doctor/nurse/staff completely failed to fill out 2 papers of the packet. Told me they didn't do a TB test when I have email and paperwork saying they did. Take your kids anywhere else! I found out the hard way because our primary was booked for 2months out."
