The person who waited on me and someone else who I believe might have been a manager were very helpful with explaining this to me and walking me through my refund. I appreciate their time and patience when I was feeling frustrated at not understanding. I have always enjoyed the products at the cottage and the people who work there."

By the time I got to the store, they had picked out some amazing gifts for me to choose from (since I was crunched for time), a beautiful card, and even gift wrapped it all for me! "What a wonderful experience! I went into The Cottage for the first time Yesterday to Xmas shop for my 14 yr old daughter. I was greeted warmly by the young lady at the front counter. I asked to see earrings and she showed me all they had to offer. I ended up purchasing two pair, as well as two bracelets, a magnet and a Spongelle gift pack. The other associates were also pleasant. They boxed and gift bagged my purchases at checkout and sent me off with a smile. I will definitely return just because of the amazing customer service!"
