"So I wonder why the first option when we call the giant at greenbelt isn't to get the people who bring out your groceries. The idea that we have try to get customer service and then get You can't get leave a message because the messages are full and then you have to wait until you get customer service again and then you have to wait to get pickup... That's so round and round and you guys could do so much better I know."

"Just went there today. Called to see if my custom cake order was ready and the representative would not let me speak to the bakery. I picked up and paid for the cake and asked the security guard at the door as I was leaving out if he needed to see my receipt. He was very rude and told me “What am I going to do tackle you and your children? Ma’am get the hell out of here.” My 2 young children and I just kept walking and my son asked me “Mom why was he so rude?” I don’t know why someone would say something like this but I will never return to the store."

"CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE ON YOUR ITEMS!! I keep getting rotten food. I just purchased a lemon herb marinade today and I just opened it to find that it smells stale. The best by date is 10/26/2023. A couple of weeks ago I opened a pack of baby cucumbers that I purchased a day before and it was slimy and rotten. A couple of weeks before that I cut into a cucumber I brought that day and it was slimy on the inside. Disgusting…..I think it’s time for me to go back to my old grocery."

"So expensive. I love the store and delivery is great but I’ve seen coffee at Giant 2.00 more than at a store 3/4 mile away. Same size, same brand. Amongst other items."

"Very large store with over 30 aisles, hot and cold food salad bar, fresh groceries and decent prices. They have possibly all the regular items you would need for cooking/snacking at home with tons of options to choose from for each. There are a couple of bargain deals and the produce quality was quite good. They also had umbrellas and DVD rentals."
