"Some employees here are either shying away from work or plain racist. I went to buy some stationary and get some copying done. I walked to the copying area, the employee standing there asked me to go to the check out area. When I clarified I needed some photocopies, she basically told me “you can do it yourself”. I asked her to show once how to use the machine but she refused. She continued chatting without another lady about their social media posts. It took me 15 mins to figure out how to use the machine, because the instructions on the machine were unclear (to me) and employee refused to help. 2 stars because the quality of photocopies is really good."

"12/20 6:45PM. Extremely rude young lady at the happy returns section. Starts putting all items in one bag without asking if they have different barcode and then gets mad for not informing her of the same. Lastly, denied me a return package receipt. Complaint to store manager on my way out and only got a “I will talk to her”. Never coming back!!!"

"The older Indian man who runs the print shop is a lifesaver and amazing. I had a last minute, urgent print job that needed to be done and he was able to expedite it. Definitely earned my loyalty and gratitude!!"

"I'll never ship from this place ever again. On Wednesday July 6, 2022 @ 10.27 am, I dropped a letter to be shipped through UPS ground. I was told that it will be delivered 2 days later on Friday. The next day, 24 hours later when I checked status, it still said "Label Created". Which meant the letter is still there in the store. I called the customer care and they told me that when UPS guy came to pick up the packages, they couldn't fit my teeny tiny envelop into their truck! I asked the customer service person to hold my package and I'll get it back from them. I went got my letter back, went straight to USPS. 2 hours later the letter is already in transit. I don't know who's at fault here. UPS or Staples East Windsor. One thing is certain that I'll never ship anything from this shop anymore."
