"I wanted to treat my fiancé and I to pedicures so we made an appointment this afternoon because we were nearby and because of the decent reviews (it was our first time here). We were surprised to see how understaffed they were because there were only 2 technicians. We waited a good 15 minutes before we got seated in the pedicure chairs. My fiancé got a Royal spa pedicure ($65) and he got started first with the female technician as I was patiently waiting an additional 30 minutes for the male technician to finish his client before coming to me… mind you we had appointments! The Royal spa pedicure supposedly comes with different products and includes a mask, callus treatment, keratin warm socks, hot stones, and reflexology. The massage my fiancé received was barely 5 minutes all in all. For 2.5 out of the 5 minutes, the female technician used hot stones that were way too hot for my fiancé as he was wincing in pain. He felt bad to say anything but never once did she ask if it was ok. For the remaining 2.5 minutes, the massage was gentle touching than an actual massage and there was absolutely NO reflexology! Why promise things that you’re not going to do? We’re not new to pedicures. Any spa pedicure is on average 15-20 minutes of massaging and includes everything that is described in the menu. The technician rushed through my fiancé’s Royal spa pedicure and went straight to the next client that walked in the door. The male technician then finally started my pedicure. My regular pedicure that I waited half an hour for was very lackluster as well. He didn’t even cut them, just filed them down very jaggedly. The polishing was very mediocre too. If I knew beforehand that I was paying $65 for a Royal spa pedicure that equaled the same massage time as my regular pedicure ($30), I would’ve gotten my fiancé a regular pedicure as well. The waiting was very annoying but the fact that they skipped over steps and everything about a “spa pedicure” and lacking professionalism is ridiculous and we will not be coming back."

"The best nail salon I’ve been to by far. I’ve gone to many in the area and normally have to go every two weeks or less. I have gone up to 4 weeks without them lifting or breaking and probably could have gone longer. They pay attention to detail and it shows."

"Sassy Nails is AWESOME. I have been 3x now since they changed to a new owner, and have been very happy with my acrylic refills, and gel pedi. Willie does the perfect nail shape and the services are nice and quick. The salon is clean and they have a good selection of colors. I will be back!"
