"I was in a pinch and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt being that it is a mall nail salon. I walked in with my daughter and we were greeted with “ hurry up and pick a color “ ignoring that and still wanting to try them I showed the lady exactly what I wanted something so simple black polish with a gold line she was rude didn’t talk and was very rough at this point I should have just gotten up and walked. She completely butchered not only my nail but my skin as well. She was drilling into my skin on fingers to a point she had to stop because I was bleeding. Heated at this point I sat quietly and said okay maybe she had a method to her madness and they will be fine not fine at all. I can’t even tell you the whole scenario because it will be a long paragraph needless to say not even 24 hours later the gel polish is peeling and my fingers and hands are black Called them to tell them and she said come back in and they will re do I said I don’t want you to think my nails again not even for free. So please everyone trust your gut and keep walking I really don’t know how they are still in business. If I could give no stars I would."

"Rude employees. Did not listen to what I wanted and openly argued with me, telling me what I wanted wasn't possible or that it won't look right, despite having had it provided by other salons. She became angry with me for politely asking questions, kept shoving my hand back at me for me to inspect length after I requested short nails than Fritos. I walked out with nails that were the exact opposite of what I asked for, after paying $110. Nails were crooked, the tech made me BLEED from being careless and rushed with the electric filer, my fingertips are caked with powder dip gel, I didn't even receive any cuticle grooming with my manicure. This place is awful and deserves zero stars."

"I will NEVER go back to this place, EVER...!!!!! Sad thing is, I had read some of the reviews before I went, and had disregarded them... Unfortunately, for me, I was in a rush, but, they were ALL accurate...!!!!! Not only, is the entire staff rude AND ignorant, the nails I left with, most certainly were NOT worth the TIME or MONEY spent there...!!!!!! I had to LITERALLY draw a picture of the "design" I wanted on my nails, because they were COMPLETELY CLUELESS...!!!! Now when you see just how SIMPLE it was, maybe you'll understand my frustration...!!! Every one of the women there, we're either on their phones, or they were "customer bashing", when frankly, they should've been using that time to "clean" the pigsty they call a nail salon... I was just completely appalled by my entire experience..!!! The "manager", KNEW I was PISSED, because I did NOT get what I wanted and asked for, and still did absolutely NOTHING to even TRY to make it right..?? If this is how you want to run a business, I would assume you won't be around much longer...!!!!! Thank goodness....!!!! Anyway, here's a picture of what I wanted, (and these were done two or three days, AFTER I was there..!!!), that they couldn't seem to understand....even with a picture drawn for them...!?!?! Please know that I'm WAY OVERDUE for a fill, but I've been moving/traveling across the country and just haven't had time..."
