"Check-in process has been effortless for every visit. Same day requests for a sick visit were very easy to get. Dr. Bryant was absolutely lovely for my child’s well check. We felt the exam was thorough and her bedside manner was everything a kid wants when they have a doc appointment. Great team at Ped Assoc. of Alexandria!"

"We used Pediatric Associates of Alexandria for my daughter from birth until she was almost 3 years. Billing was always off and we had to continually go back and forth with them and our insurance for simple well checks that should have just been a copay. We are currently trying to switch practices and its been over a month and 4 calls to their office to get our medical records with no response."

"PAA was suggested to me by a coworker because I knew they were in network. I have one year old twin boys and their office has been wonderful with their care, and we have been seeing them since our boys were born. The nurses are wonderful and respond to any online messages I have sent, they follow up after ER visits, and have been easy to work with when we need a same day appointment. I really like their no late policy, as someone who always makes sure I am 15 minutes early for everything it has reduced our wait times while at the office. I get life happens but making sure I am on time is important. The doctors we have seen have been so easy to work with, answer all our questions, and give our kids the best care possible. I would suggest this practice to anyone!"

"Love the option to manage appointments (on-line), complete paperwork and check-in using the app. Staff was friendly and check-out was smooth. But long wait time to see the doctor. Very convenient location for me and Dr. George is fantastic. She is truly kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough and my child is comfortable with her. That makes the wait worth it for me."

"I would give zero star if I could. The billing department is awful. They give out false information or does not fully inform you fully about the procedures. This lady I spoke with put a note in her system that she offered me a discount and she never did that. She offered me a payment plan with no discount. I called a head of my appointment and asked about the price of visit and I was told a price and now I am hit with a 1300$ bill. They do not send you bills via email or mail. They send you a text… how the heck would you take them seriously!!!! Text that has only the balance. No procedure codes no nothing. A wellness check costs 1300 wow. I had to beg to finally get the actual itemized bill via email. Their staff are so unprofessional and have zero clue. They over bill you and they will try to run unnecessary tests to bill the insurance. I will call the health department and department of insurance as this place needs an audit.please be carful and do not accept any procedures they might offer they might not be necessary and they just need to bill the insurance."
