"We've only had 2 appointments with La Plata Pediatrics & Family Health so far, but each one has been amazing! The nurses are SO incredibly kind and gentle with our baby, and they patiently and thoroughly answered all of our first-time parent questions! After a not-so-great hospital/birth experience, it was so comforting to see our baby treated with kindness, warmth, and love. Also, the front desk staff made scheduling so easy by making all of our follow-up appointments for us! Definitely a huge relief not to have to call and schedule things with a newborn. Thank you so much LPPFH!!"

"I love the staff and providers at LPPFH! Everyone is so welcoming and understanding. I know it’s a pain sometimes to schedule sick appts for ourselves and littles, but honestly, I like being able to call first thing and get a same day sick appt. It used to be hard to get in, but it seems much easier now. My whole family goes there and have seen Christina, Hajr, and Brittney. My son has seen PA Hajr since he was 2 days old and it’s been fun watching him grow with her. Christina is always so understanding and informative. She listens and is flexible with my daughter who is special needs to be able to get what we need to get the diagnosis. Brittney is the best nutritionist ever. She makes me feel like a normal person and not at all intimidating when she asks you to step on the scale. She makes you feel encouraged and keeps you on track, even if you fall off. She doesn’t keep you to a strict and rigid “diet and lifestyle” but more of what’s been working for you and what’s not working and get to the bottom of it and keep moving. Every loss is a loss. Even if it’s “only a pound.” It’s still worth celebrating. But she will give you the kick you need to stay motivated and remind you of goals. I can’t say enough about the office."

"I used to love this place. It is still good if you see the right NP. However recently I called to schedule my oldest his yearly well visit. They told me well visits are only done in the AM. Sick visits are done in PM. This literally makes zero sense. A kids that is sick is already missing school, but with the way they are making it the non sick children now also need to miss school to get a well visit. This is completely backwards. In all honesty there should be no specific times for any visits. My son can't miss school, we should be able to make a well visit appointment for after school period!!!"

"My family has been going to this office for 10 years now. We’ve used many of the services offered including things like pediatrics, the nutrionist and just regular check up’s. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I especially love labcorp in the office. It makes it so convient to get your blood drawn for test. From the smile and greeting from Sam at check in to the quickness of Brittney getting you for your nutrionist appointment, you can’t go wrong with La Plata Pediatrics and Family Health."
