"I rated this a 3 because the room was not clean at all the bed was not made. There was a bloody wipe on the floor I had to tell the assistance to clean it up even though she seen it cause I watched her. The last time I came it was very good service maybe it is just certain workers!"

"I received outstanding service. Was greeted promptly. Technician taking vitals was very professional and pleasant as was the person at the front desk. Kat, the Nurse Practitioner on duty was outstanding. She listened to what I had to say, asking questions and conducting exam. She went so far as to refer me to a primary care physician as well as having a coordinator assist in this effort for follow up care. The facility was clean and my wait time was not as bad as I had perceived it was going to be. I would definitely recommend this facility to others and visit again should the need arise."
