"There awesome they took excellent care of my grandson the Drs and nurses are over worked under paid staff shortage since the covid that's why the nurses are striking we are human there nice knowledgeable no long wait if u don't like children's go to unity see the long wait"
"Our visit was great. At first I was skeptical because of the reviews, but it was the only place to go. My daughter was moved to a treatment room within 5 minutes. We had the most attentive Doctors, nurse and Physician. They explain every treatment and what they needed to do. They were very friendly and their bedside manners was amazing. The 11 hours we spent there was long and tiresome, but because the positive attitude of the staff it wasn't bad. I will most likely use their service again. Thank you."
"You don’t need an ID to vote but you need one to go in to breastfeed your ill five month old at this ER. Unfortunately, in the heat of the moment we rushed to the ER and I did not bring mine. My husband brought his so he went in alone with my baby. Luckily, I eventually found a photo of my ID but the police officer wouldn’t let me in because there is also a one-person visitor policy for an illness that kills less than 1% of the population. That is the real sickness. Keep “just doing my job” people. A kindhearted Dr. eventually told him to let me and the others waiting, to come wait inside and finally took me to go see and breastfeed my baby. If anything I am grateful for that person who still has a sense of humanity."
"I got here at 10pm and i am just now leaving at 3:52am. The wait time here is absolutely crazy. The workers are friendly to patients, but they have way too many side conversations for patients to hear. If my wait wasn't so long i would be able to drop my son off at school, but since i ha e about three hours to try to sleep, i might forget. On the bright side, there is a separate childrens emergency room, so i didnt have to hear anyones screaming child."
