"I don’t recommend! All of the employees including the doctor have dry personalities. When I think of a pediatric doctors office I think of an enthusiastic environment. Let’s be honest most kids don’t like going to the doctor and this place made it worse for my toddler. The office looks old & dark. The floors, walls and window seals in the exam rooms are disgusting. Upon entering the exam room your hands need to either be washed or sanitized before touching a patient. The only good thing about it is the quickness of the appointments. This has been the most uncomfortable experience. I will not be returning."

"Had an appointment set for 10:30am once we got there, me and my wife were told to have a seat. And waited over 30 min until she had to go up to the desk and ask about the wait with our 3day newborn. They then told us we had to fill out a form after already waiting. After learning we would have to wait additional time we asked for an area to change our daughters diaper, after being moved to a filthy exam room we then waited an additional 40min while snickering and inappropriate behavior being overheard from the front desk. We ultimately decided to leave after such a horrendous display. I would certainly recommend another “doctors office” if searching appropriate, professional medical care!"

"Dr. Rainey has been my children's pediatrician for 23 years to all 6 of my children (2 sets of twins). I've relocated to other counties and continue to keep her as my children's pediatrician. The entire staff is always respectful and courteous. No matter where I move to Dr. Rainey will always be a place called home for my children. Love the entire staff."
