"This place was not very helpful to my family. They were very dishonest while communicating with us, and delayed my son’s services back a month. Many phones calls and emails prompted them to respond to us for one simple question. The receptionist was terrible as well. We saught services else where that took only 3 weeks to get my son measured twice and his helmet. THIS PLACE TOOK A MONTH TO CALL THE INSURANCE, 3 weeks to verify, and the. After scans took ANOTHER Month. Babies grow pretty fast! And they should be ashamed that they stalled someone as long as they did with my family. Smh! NEVER AGAIN. You shouldnt have to call a facility to tell them how to verify insurance after you provide them with all information needed.!A TOTAL WASTE OF OUR TIME!"

"The ladies there are very professional and friendly! Any time I had a problem after hours Heather Morgan responded quickly and was extremely helpful along my daughter's journey wearing the STARband. After all the ups and downs and believe me in the beginning there was A LOT OF DOWNS; getting my daughter to get use to the whole idea of wearing the helmet (I started when she was 7 months old!!) and the adjustments that needed to be made but believe me! Faith and sticking to it and listening to the advice these wonderful women have to offer just got my daughter, my fiancé and I along this journey and after all it happens so fast! Just stick to it her head is like night and day compared to the flat spot she had before. It's completely normal and her measurements prove it to! Thank you Staff that helped out my beautiful Daughter:) I recommend to anyone who's baby needs cranial remolding"

"When we wanted to begin the cranial, we talked with the doctor and tried to get some professional advice. They told us the flat head would become better and would do nothing about the width of baby's face. However, the result is that, the flat head is still flat. And the width of the face does not grow any more during the 10 wks when we wore the cranial. We are very upset about this result. Very very upset."
