"came in as a walk-in on a busy Saturday and they were able to take my little boy right away. both men who worked on his hair were so patient with him (my kid doesn't sit well for cuts) and they gave him a nice fade. everyone was super friendly and patient. I really like that they have experienced people and new people who they are training up on the spot. PLUS I got a really nice hat from their storefront on the way out. will be back!"

"Worst barber shop I’ve been to. I was a walk in initially around lunchtime. The barber told me come back at 245 even though he only had one head in the shop at the time. I came back at 245 as we scheduled and he’s finishing up a cut, cool. I wait about 15-20 minutes for him to finish. Thinking I have an appointment that I sat waiting patiently.( mind you I came in at 245 he didn’t acknowledge or state anything had changed) as he finished, now turned to a family meme era of the person he was cutting and told them to get in the chair…then looked at me and said I have to take them. And looked me in my eyes and told me I’d have to wait another cut. It’s just a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there. Way better barbers in the area… plus you don’t want to sit in a shop, with an appointment and they still take other people ahead of you. Not my first time being there. Shape ups take over an hour because the barber is either on the phone, stopping to eat, run out the shop, smoke, etc… then they want 30 for the shape up….just wouldn’t recommend it for anyone, for any reason. FIND ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE SHOP."

"I went there and made a 2:45 pm appointment. I showed up at 2:30 pm; it was 3:35 pm, and I was still waiting. I had no one telling me how much longer I would wait or even acknowledge me. So I left and went somewhere else. I chose that place because of all the good reviews it has on google. Seeing the lack of customer service and hospitality was very disappointing."

"I took my 3yrs old nephew, for his first professional haircut. My nephew is 1/2 black and white. Not only did the barber to a excellent job, but he recommended hair products that works out great. Since they are very busy on Saturday's, I recommend to make an appointment."

"I've been getting my hair cut here for a long time but there's only 2 people that work here that I would recommend or let cut my hair ( Derrick or Michelle). They both are very good at their jobs and take the time to make sure your hair is done the way you want. The location was moved from a good place that was easy to access and leave but the new location is in a very bad spot because of the traffic. It is hard to get to the parking lot and even worse trying to leave."
