"Had an appointment with Brittany for a wash and trim. I was having some issues with my hair and really wanting some advice on how to combat it. She not only gave me an amazing cut, she also gave some much needed advice to help me manage my thin hair. She was very thorough when explain how to style my cut so I could go home and be sure I felt confident when styling. Reviewing products, brushes, and techniques on how best to take care of my hair. Very easy and friendly to talk to as well. And the prices?! Beyond fair and reasonable. Brittany, and the Steampunk Parlor experience, was so great and I'll definitely be going back."
