"This post is about the online services. I am a frequent spender at the Children's Place. I have a (1) year old so between the Children's Place and Gymboree, I frequent these stores often. Recently, I made a purchase that showed as delivered, however, the item was not delivered to me. I called the customer service line and they told me that I had two options: 1. To call UPS, to see if they still had the item and it could be delivered 2. Call my bank and report it as fraud. I've spent almost $600.00 with this company within the last 6 months and you are telling me to do all of this when there was an option online to have the items replaced. That doesn't make any sense to me and needless to say, no more patronizing them. I suggest CARTERs...had this issue with them several years back..no questions asked. They sent a replacement ASAP."
