She hurt me several times she burnt me with the tools several timesShe kept sharply trying to push my cuticles back very hard with her nail Several times I have so much leftover residue on the sides of my nails. And under my nailShe made me feel like she really didn’t want to do my nails. I’ve been there several times before but never her and she was trying to make her own prices. All I had was a powder tips and she tried to charge me $55 put signs on the wall so people know what they paying in advance you just can’t make up the prices for whoever you feel like it, my cuticles burn the shiny stuff is the residue"

"I had a horrible experience at this salon. I went in to get my nails done for my wedding yesterday and left with extremely short nails that were coming off my real nails. Went back today to complain, was told my nails were messed up because of me, she said I had wide fingers and that is why my nails "looked lifted". I was told to sit down while the employees talked about me in front of my face. I was asked to go sit in a chair. The lady made me bleed several times and told me I had to pay again even though I came back because it was their mess up. She charged me extra! I called the manager and she was EXTREMELY disrespectful and told me it was my fault and they did nothing wrong. I will never go here again. Have never been more upset, disrespected by a business."

"A bit on the pricier side. I called and was told they had a nail technician who was familiar with what I wanted done. I get SNS with ombré that uses sponge and gel polish technique. When I came they said they don’t do it. I got ombré effect with acrylic which looks nice but not stunning like what I am Used to. I got the pedicure but they did not get my calluses even though I requested callus remover. Tech was nice and sweet. Clean place with tons of polish options. Good quality."
