"Clinic staff is helpful and the doctors are good, although you hardly see the same. My problem is the fee. I stayed 2 years out of the country and they still charged me. I asked for a prescription refil and they sent a message via “portal” scheduling an appointment and when charged for a no show. It is insane and unfair the way it’s charged. If want to keep your mental sanity, stay away from there!!"

"I am so glad to be getting my children out of this factory. They do not care about the family's. Just got charged a no show fee for a snow day that we called and rescheduled. They never answer their phone. When I tried to leave their practice I had to jump through a mound of hurdles to get the medical records. So glad to be done. Beware of this practice."

Dr. Atwood is incredibly resourceful and kind, she feels like a friend or a family member. "Been coming here for almost 4 years and I haven't had any major issues. They aren't running insurance for the covid vaccine, so I have to go somewhere else. But, anything else isn't worth switching providers. In fact, I wish my doctor worked this well. Earlier this year, my son and I got sick at the same time. I was able to get a same-day sick visit for him, but I couldn't get my provider on the phone for a week! I ended up going to my ENT which cost me quite a bit out of pocket. This practice has 24/7 on call nurses that have always given me helpful advice. Every provider we've seen has been thorough, whether they are a Dr., a P.A. or a CRN. That's not common. That means I don't have to time my visits for that "one doctor" everyone wants to see. They have been so reliable, and have an excellent bedside manner."

"Sadly, this practice has gone down hill over the years. They are more concerned with growing and making more money and they simply can’t keep up. The doctors are wonderful but the front office staff and their calling in system are awful. Making appointments is tough and don’t ever expect for someone to answer on the right first try. Focus on the patients that you already have and stop taking new ones until you’re better equipped to!"
