"We came in on a Saturday night with a crew of six and Antonio was absolutely fantastic! Service was excellent, food was delicious, and his attentiveness to our party despite the rush did not disappoint. He was extremely personable and even shook everyone’s hands when he dropped off our check. Made my first experience here one to remember and we will be back soon!!!"

"The MVR is a Mahoning Valley classic. They have a variety of Italian specialties ranging from pasta entrees to sandwiches and pizza. I went with the Meatball Splash, three sizable beefy meatballs sandwiched between two slices of Italian bread covered with provolone cheese and liberally doused with the house red sauce. If you’re fortunate enough to have Antonio as your server, you’ll find out how wonderful he is. If not, ask for him if it’s not too busy or you don’t mind waiting, because it gets crowded on the weekends and there may be a wait to get a table. If so, grab a drink at the front bar, or head to the back and watch some spirited bocci games."

"1st time eating here. I had the calamari and Eggplant Parmesan with angle hair pasta. It was super good. My daughter had the chicken Alfredo..noodles were good..but the chicken was really dry. Overall a good experience"

"Came here on a Wednesday evening for dinner. The food was great, but the portions were so small. Got stuffed shells and they only give you four. The only positive was that the price of the food wasn’t that bad. Seemed like only one server was working and serving all of the tables at the same time too. Would return for Bocce, but definitely won’t return for the food."
