"The people in the front desk are ridiculous not good especially the lady who sits in the first computer to the left. You ask for something and she’s gonna seem likes she’s doing what you ask her but in real, she does not do it at all. As well for my child I took her for an appointment because she was having throat hurts but the doctor just told us it was a virus and that it would go as it goes. My daughter didn’t receive any type of medicine and so on."

"If I could give less than 1 star I would!! Last week my cousin visited Dr. Sethi complaining of headaches and slurred speech, instead of giving her an exam Dr. Sethi dismissed her as “faking an illness.” The “fake illness” ended up being encephalitis, and my cousin ended up in the hospital for 4 days. Had her parents listened to the “doctor” and not taken her to the ER my cousin would probably have died. If Dr. Sethi is going to dismiss patients because they have Medicaid she really shouldn’t take it. Someone should really take a hard look at her cases, I wonder how many other patients she came close to killing because she didn’t have “time.”"

"They’re never on time , forget records of any of the shots. You wait a while to see the doctor and when you finally do see someone it’s not the doctor and when you request just to see the doctor you put yourself on the back burner but then you wait for the doctor and you get 5 minutes tops. I have requested records for my children’s several times in the past year and have yet to received it. We change PCPs a year ago because of this and have requested several times from this office and have yet to receive a call back or an email with the documents. I don’t know what happened , used to take my nephews and niece is here and they were pretty good on appointments and all that then but let’s say 13 years ago."

"Let me begin by saying that it seems that the place has never been cleaned. It takes forever for them to answer the calls, and sometimes they forget to call you to remind you of the appointments. I had one of my friends working there, and she told me they put inexperienced personal to vaccinate kids. Also, they charge you for the first visit of your newborn $25 even if you already have insurance. Also, they make you wait almost an hour to see the doctor. Lastly, when you request your child’s record, they also charge you $25. I believe a mother has the right to request her child’s record anytime at no cost. That was my experience there."

"We have been going to Dr Sethi for 13 years now. Dr Seth and her staff is great, easy to get appointments. She is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly with kids. I never feel rushed during my kids appointments and is always willing to answer all my questions and concerns."
