"Spent $60 on nails with design. Not even 5 days had passed when the gel started to lift away from the roots of my nails and became chipped. They fixed it for $10. And it looks as good as new. Will recommend."

"I was 39 weeks pregnant, went in for a pedi and was looking forward to it bc I’m on my feet for a living and finally was done and officially on maternity leave. They put me with a girl that very visibly had no idea what she was doing. She cut me over and over again with the cuticle cutters and the girls next to her were telling her what to do step by step. The real tip of the iceberg for me was that I asked them to pick a color that matched my toenails. They picked a color that matched, but charged me extra for it at the end saying it was a premium polish… however NEVER mentioned this to me prior. Total snake move. I tried to protest this extra charge, especially since I was beyond disappointed with my experience. They wouldn’t hear of it, tried to offer me a loyalty card with extra stamps on it. I was so disgusted I handed it back to them and told them I’d never come back. I was so upset and hormonal, I cried when I got in my car. So NOT the experience I was looking forward to having to treat myself before having my baby."

"My wife rec’d a $50 gift card for Christmas and went to use it yesterday and they would not honor it because in the smallest font possible there is a small line stating it would only be valid for 6 months. Having received this as a gift, no one was aware of the expiration. We’re shocked that they wouldn’t honor the gift card just having missed the 6 month cutoff by a few weeks. They lost us as customers in addition to our extended family that also goes there. I hope the $50 was worth it to them"

"I LOVE Apple Nail! Even when they are busy, they are so attentive to you, and they do an amazing job on your nails. I was reading my kindle on my lap while Joy was doing my nails and she got a little container to stand up my kindle in front of me so it was comfortable to read while she was doing my nails. They also give complementary massages that are SO amazing that it makes me want to take a nap because I’m so relaxed. Truly could not recommend them enough! Side note: $10 off after every 10 services"
