"My nails look awesome! Update: On July 10th, I went and had a mani/pedicure with Ann...if you want to feel like a pampered woman, just book an appointment with Ann and you will get the best mani/pedi but I have to admit that pedicure was absolutely relaxing as Ann takes her time and then works her magic on your feet and calves. I felt fantastic when I walked out of the salon. Thank you Ann!!!"

"Well, it’s my third experience at this Salon. The pedicure was average. I thought I’d book the spa pedicure which is more expensive to get a better experience. Well, it wasn’t. The woman who was my technician only rubbed my skin in one direction repeatedly and hardly rubbed my feet. Pedicure. Feet. Not really. She watched tv the entire time except when clipping or filing. Now for the dip powder. Well, let’s just say I don’t want to come home and file my nails after paying to have them filed. The edges were rough - looked good in the salon until I got home and my nails caught in my clothes. Happened both times with different technicians. I tipped well. I won’t go back. And my feet are still rough."

"I want preface this by saying I used this establishment a couple of times before and was very happy so I am hoping what happened tonight was just a fluke. I had an appointment for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. The woman who did my pedicure and the majority of my gel manicure I would give 5 stars, she was attentive and did amazing work. However there was another gentleman who applied my top coat. While that was fine what wasn’t was when he started the filing my finger nails and cutting of my cuticles while I was still in the pedicure chair! He didn’t even ask before he started doing this. Fast is fine as long as quality is there but this made me feel like I was being rushed and unwelcomed. Like I said I had an appointment but even I was a walk in a customer should not be treated like that. If it was not for the wonderful pedicure, this review would be lower. Hope this was a fluke because as I said I had great past experiences."

"I love this place! The nail techs are super fast and never skimp on quality. They make sure the shape of your nails match up and are meticulous about their hand painted designs. I have been looking for a good nail salon for years and I finally found one!! I am moving out of phoenixville but will continue to come here after I move because they are so great . 10 out of 10 from me!!"
