Playful Pack

"My pup has had good experiences at Playful Pack McLean. He was shy at first and several of the staffers went above and beyond to help him acclimate. I like the camera set up, so I can check in on him. Because he just attends occasionally, not daily, he does have some anxiety when he first arrives. Usually the team does a great job of easing him in (he'll stick to the humans like glue and most are very patient with him). I feel my dog is safe there. I give 4 stars because, although most of the staff are excellent, there have been a few that seemed pretty fed up with the dogs and acted accordingly. Nothing endangering though."

"Our lab retriever has really liked Playful Pack McLean. I appreciate the themed activities for the dogs, the daily report cards with photos, and how easy it is to arrange daycare on any given day. The hours of operation also make things really easy to balance a sometimes heavy workload at the office. Best of all, our dog seems to have a super fun time and is clearly well exercised after each visit."

"Playful Pack Rockville has been the best daycare and boarding experience for my dogs! Their staff is incredible! They are professional, knowledgeable about animals and adore our furry babies! Each time I drop my dogs off, they are quite excited to see the staff and begin playtime. Playful Pack Rockville also has an outdoor area with play ramps for fresh air and light. I feel 100 percent comfortable with my babies at PPR daycare and boarding!"

"Took a Christmas cruise and put our dog at Playful Pack during that time. I felt it was great as it was cool to get proof of life / fun photos while we were out. Yes, your dog comes back to you tired after a week of being around other dogs. Give your dog a day to rest and then they are back to 100%. The staff are nice and take pictures of your dog and send them to you. All in all a great experience. I paid extra to have the dog walked outside a couple times a day and it would have been nice to get a picture of him outside."

"My mini goldendoodle (Cider) absolutely loves Playful Pack McLean! He gets so excited to go and play with his fellow dog friends and see all the staff. He likes to go for daycare and boarding, and he always comes home ready for a good night’s sleep!"
