"We followed our previous NP from a previous practice because we absolutely LOVE her. However, we have had very little luck with actually getting a sick appointment when needed. Over the last year and a half since we became patients I can only remember 2 times this year that we were able to get a sick appointment. This is with calling first thing in the morning. I'm not waiting until the afternoon to call or even past 8 AM to call. I'm actually altering my schedule to be sure I'm available to call in the morning at 7 am when they open and still not getting an appointment. Today was the last straw when they actually called a few hours after booking an appointment to cancel. I fully understand people get sick and have to leave work. That is NOT the issue. The issue is not being able to get an appointment is a consistent problem for this practice. This problem leaves me, the customer, with no provider continuity, a sick little kid that has to see someone they do not know, and another trip to Urgent Care to see the provider of the day where we end up paying double. We followed our NP for a reason because she's AMAZING and we value provider continuity as a family; however, we have ended up with no care, no continuity and paying double at Urgent Care for 16 sick visits, soon to be 17 visits after they canceled today’s appointment, across 4 kids in 2023 alone than what we would pay at the practice. We haven’t left yet due to some on going medical issues that our NP started helping us with at the previous practice and knows allllllllll the history, saw what we saw and actually listened to us. However, after today we feel like we have no other choice but to find another practice."

"They gave my 4 WEEK old another patient’s vaccines. I realized this once I got home an hour after my son’s appointment and noticed the number of vaccines listed on the vaccine schedule was different than what he received. The assistant (Jaymie/Jamie? It’s spelled different than usual) that gave them denied this for hours, then she somehow magically remembered when the director of the practice got involved. My son had to be closely monitored afterwards, as the incorrect vaccines could have been harmful to someone so young. Would never ever recommended this place."

"Our pediatrician moved and she wasn't able to share with us where she'd be going. I'd been googling her name every few weeks to try and find her and was SO excited when I found out she'd joined this practice and called immediately. Unfortunately, they're not accepting new patients. I asked about a waitlist and was told there was no such thing, but that they'd post something on the website when they do start taking new patients. Riddle me this: if there's nothing on the website stating they're NOT accepting new patients, why would they update the website to say when they ARE accepting new patients? Both my kids have seen Dr.M since birth and my family sincerely values and appreciates her. Shame that we can't continue to see her at this time. Please update the website or pop-up page so that perspective new patients can stay informed. Consider making exceptions for regular patients of Peds who are new to the practice. Edit: Thank you so much for your reply and consideration. I look forward to calling after the weekend to establish appointments for both my children. When I initially spoke with your receptionist, she wasn't very friendly or personable. I sincerely hope to have a better experience moving forward."
