"We had good grooming experience before, but I just called to schedule an appointment and the person on the phone was extremely mean and rude. I understand if you don't have availability in September, but making such a big deal when I ask to check availability with another groomer, all these sighs and snorts like I'm asking for something special. "We use Best Friends for grooming our dogs and specifically use Laurie. Laurie is amazing and always does a great job with grooming both my pups. She is also great with my one pup who is extremely anxious about getting groomed and leaving our house for anything other than a walk. We love Laurie she is kind, considerate and does a great job for our pups."
