"Don’t even really have it in me anymore to have the energy to go back and forth with workers at pharmacies that are poorly run, but every time I call they say they’re about to order a medicine and that they still haven’t placed the order. I’ve called 3 times and no progress seems to have been made on placing the actual order which is strange. Someone even convinced me not to call a different pharmacy because “we have it though, we just have to order it.” That was on Thursday, and it’s now Sunday. I try not to take out any issues on pharmacists because I know there are various shortage issues, but this place just seems poorly run so far, and from looking at other reviews it seems fairly common of an experience where they sound fairly confident on the phone but then nothing is ordered. It just sucks when you need your medication to function and you see that the friction point is the pharmacy itself. I will come back to edit this if things change, but I thought I’d share my experience in case anyone wanted to transfer an RX here."

"This pharmacy they have poor communication poor customer service they are all not helpful. None of them do there jobs good they need more training or get rid of them. This three ladies here is SUCKS and RUDE. Don’t go to this pharmacy your just wasting your time."

"The Giant on Goshen RD only once were they able to let me get my prescription delivered. Now every time I ask they don’t think that my diabetic medication or my insulin or anything can ever ever be delivered to my house ever. I have to pick up my dexcom monitor & meter instead of paying the $8 for everything and be done. Dang why offer & I’m willing to pay for it but can never get it ? So I paid for an Uber to go in an Uber to come back and I had a prescription that I got yesterday but when I try to give it to the pharmacist, she said since I already switched then she gave it back to me and I went about my life like wow OK so later on today when I was at work, Giant pharmacy called me to ask me why I had switched over to Amazon and I said it simply because I could never get my prescriptions delivered. I asked every time someone calls me and the lady asked me who did I speak to as I don’t know I don’t know peoples names so then she said hold on hold and she wanted to talk to somebody else so I said every time I asked for my prescriptions to be delivered and I have the money on my card and I’m ready. I still have to use the same money on my card to go to Giant and to come back and Uber. I can never just get it delivered so that I can say one of those eight dollar or nine dollar trips , so I said that’s why even when it comes down to my insulin it has to be refrigerated I said I live right down the street. It’s one light I live one away from the grocery store. You mean you can a cold storage bag and have it delivered . I can be honest I was gonna bid irate because it was like nobody asked me this after y’all realize that I wanted my order transferred to Giant because I transferred my prescriptions from another Service to Giant just because I thought that it would be delivered but I got so frustrated because I gotta plan out of my day when I’m gonna go to the supermarket when there’s nothing I need practically everything else is delivered my groceries my gift cards whatever else I need is delivered but I couldn’t get my prescriptions only once so the supervisor lady said that she talked to her supervisor and they’re going to make it work OK so the next time I have a prescription and the thousand times they call me either through a human person or their voice system thing if I have to be told I can’t get myself delivered and I have to come up because it’s some controlled substance that they don’t want to send through the delivery system and then I have to come up and get it then I will be done so I’m taking the ladies word for it and I’m gonna try to make it work but I said that why is it Kaiser was able to do it, but Giant was not able to do it and wait until after I left the store to call me three hours later to ask me why am I leaving Giant so I’m gonna give them a second chance we’ll see"

"Zero stars. Prescriptions never ready so finally I had enough and had to give them a zero star review. On 08/14/23 at 11:36 I called and asked when my prescription will be ready, she told me that just received my order and it will be ready in an hours, which means 12:30. I got there at 2:30 and an Indian employee told me that they just received it and it will be ready in 30 minutes.she asked me if I want to wait? I told her no I'm not waiting 30 minutes, I called at 11:30 and I was told you just received my order and it will be ready in an hour. She then went to the back and came back and said, okay, give us 5 minutes. Her 5 minutes took another 15 minutes. The Indian employee left but a second employee called me after 15 minutes. Same issue over and over again for years now and I'm done. Tired of them lying and lying all the time and this was the last time that I'm waiting my time because they lied as usual. I'm out and I will never recommend and will ask friends and family to leave this pharmacy PLUS SHE NEVER APOLOGIZED!!!!!"

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. WORST PHARMACY I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I truly hope Google starts letting you give ZERO stars. I've been getting my prescriptions from here for about 5 months now and they've NEVER been ready. I'm always told to come in at a certain time because they need to be ordered and when I do go in to pick up my prescriptions at the time I'm told, they tell me that my prescriptions aren't ready because the order was never placed. I've run out of prescriptions waiting DAYS for it to come in. I've complained so many times to the point that a pharmacist called me to apologize and said to speak directly with a pharmacist to handle my prescriptions from now on. She also stated that they're understaffed and that some of the people there are causing problems and that she'll speak with them. I called back today and asked for a pharmacist and I told the pharmacist why I requested to speak with her since she was a different pharmacist than the one I originally spoke with, she KEPT ARGUING and invalidating my experience by saying "MY PEOPLE ARE CAPABLE AND WELL TRAINED!" And when I reassured her that they're not and that I have another pharmacist who agreed with me and in fact told me they were having issues, she said "well I'm going to speak with her and make sure that is in fact what she said." As if I'm lying? She kept squeezing in the sentence "my people are trained and capable!" Ok if they were then my prescriptions for the past 5 months would be filled on time without any issues. I'm going to be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere."
