"Had a rim relaced. I have a vertical wobble on a brand new rim. Other trek shop in lancaster says this IS NOT OK.!!! The mechanic even tried blaming an improper tire seating. Completely wanted to ignore the brand new rim I BOUGHT FROM THEM, wasn't straight. Never again going there for a thing. Can't trust them to be honest or do quality work. I can post recipe of purchase if they keep saying I didn't buy the rim there."

I have a rather unusual and special bike that needs some very particular TLC when being worked on (she's a heavy one with a lot of electronic stuff), and these guys worked quickly, efficiently and did a great job repairing the brakes, and while I may not be able to have it properly tended to due to its size/wheel type, Wolverton has been a huge help in keeping this ride as safe as it can be for a reasonably decent price compared to other shops (which wouldn't even LOOK at this thing!)"
