"Extremely happy with my visit to this salon. I am a very picky person and I have absolutely no complaints. My manicure came out perfectly and the spa pedicure was the best I have ever gotten. So relaxing. I do not live in the area unfortunately but if I did I would definitely return."

"I used to like going here but my regular manicure is chipped and flaking after 14 hours. I went back and asked for a refund or credit. They only offered to redo it (I don't have time now) or redo it now with gel polish. I won't return. Please save your money. Go elsewhere."

"This place stinks(literally). It smells awful, they use dollar store equipment, they are not sanitary at all. Everything is very dirty. They use old paint brushes on your fingers and toes. Came here twice because it is close to my house. The first time was fine, nails looked good. Second time was terrible. I was charged $5 for them to shape my nails properly, which took 2 seconds. Within 2 days my acrylics started to fall off. I felt disgusting when leaving there. I would say save your money and go elsewhere. It is just not worth it."

"I have gone to Princess Salon & had Stacy do my nails & pedi's a few times now & OMG I LOVE HER! She is so sweet, an absolute master of her craft, she puts so much attention to detail that I have not experienced from another salon. When I get my nails & toes done, she treats me as if she has known me for years. Stacy works with such precision, i was amazed how easily she could paint my tiny toenails, also being a waitress & on my feet all day, she makes sure to remove any nails at risk of ingrowns. She works hard to please everyone, & get anyone that walks in an appointment by the next day. Her daughter is also such a joy, so sweet to everyone & wants to get to know everyone that walks through the door, helping assist them in choosing their next color. Really, everyone that works there does a great job, very knowledgeable & friendly, they are all so professional & will make sure everyone is happy when they leave."
