"I don’t think I have ever felt more welcome and cared for as not even just a customer but as a person as well until I walked into my first appointment at Revolution with Arminee as my new hair stylist. Before, I had literally only had one other person cut my hair for the past 30 years. I really had no idea what to expect going into a new place without all that much experience going to a hair salon like this one. Firstly, the welcome I received from both Olivia (and Archie - the salon corgi mascot and one of the best good boys out there) was second to none. I’ve never seen the salon be crowded with people, so it’s as if you just have a team of people working just for you. I was offered a drink right after I was checked in and I got to hang out with Archie until Arminee was ready for me. I’m not the most decisive individual (read: I wouldn’t be able to pick a restaurant to go to with friends if my life depended on it) so I was worried going into my first appointment that I would struggle communicating to Arminee what I wanted. This was almost immediately after the pandemic as well, so I was walking in with a large mop of hair with effectively zero style to it. As a guy, I know our haircuts are relatively simple compared to a lot of women’s cuts, but at the same time I do feel like men’s styles have evolved a lot, especially in the last 10 or so years. So going into this somewhat blind after getting the same cut for my whole life up to this point with little change and experimentation was daunting. Arminee couldn’t have made it easier for me. I pretty much left the entire cut and style up to her good judgement and about 30 minutes later I was walking out with a great new hair cut and feeling better about myself than I had in a long time up to that point. Additionally, she’s more than just a hair stylist, she’s a truly knowledgeable, accommodating, and caring individual. She’s a wonderful person to have a conversation with and I can tell she always wants nothing more than to provide the best service she can. When you sit in her chair, you can rest assured you’re going to be in good hands. As someone who struggles with my own self image as well as going into new social situations. On top of that, also having difficulty communicating what I’m looking for, my experience with Revolution has been nothing but top tier. It’s why I’ve been going there for I think over a year now at this point. As long as Arminee is working, I’m not going anywhere else to get my hair done!"

"Starting off with: I HATE doing this. I called on 8/26 and made an appointment for 9/2 at 10am. Showed up on 9/2 at 9:45 and no one was there. I called around 9:55 and no one picked up (thought maybe I just didn't see a person there). Waited until 10:15 and called and left a message that it looks like no one was there and to call me when they got a chance. I also messaged their profile on Instagram. It's been a week and I haven't received a response. I get it. Mistakes happen. They might have actually been closed for the holidays, but I feel like I've given plenty of time for a response. I would have just liked someone to reach out to say "oops. My bad. Here's a different day....." I don't like when people are not respectful of my time."

"Adam is without a doubt the most gifted and expert-level stylist I have ever encountered. I walked in with outgrown and over-processed highlights and layers that were working against the natural wave of my hair (which he noticed immediately during consultation), and came out with beautiful, multi-dimensional color and an incredible cut that falls perfectly. I literally almost cried when he was finished. All the while, Adam was very personable and fun to talk to. I cannot get over my hair transformation!! You will not regret a trip to this salon!!"

"Revolution is absolutely phenomenal! The salon is beautiful and has such a happy and collaborative atmosphere, everyone works together and makes you feel welcome. I see Armineé and she's an absolute MAGICIAN of a hair stylist. I like to do crazy colors and beyond never disappointing, she gives me color that LASTS. We're at the point now where I give her free reign because she is so talented and skilled at what she does. You'll be in the best hands at Revolution!"
