"Went here during a snow storm so we were the only people in the salon. We needed 3 pedicures and 2 manicures. By the time they finished they were closed. We were very grateful they stayed open for us. However the nail tech used a paper towel to separate my nails while she painted them. The towels came from the drawer and looked used…. Then when she took them off my feet she put them back in the drawer…. I’m assuming to use again. The pedicure list showed $38 for a pedicure I asked for gel so some how the pedicure went up to $63? I’m not sure how. My manicure was $38 but since I got gel I was up charged and since I got French I was up charged again. I ended up paying $111 including a tip… when I asked for a price break down they couldn’t explain and just got mad saying “we told you 101” before “we told you” I understand I was told the price but why am I paying such a big up charge. $25 for gel nail polish? That’s so expensive. The nails look beautiful however, I do love them! So it’s a great place as long as you’re okay paying a lot of money and with it not being the cleanest."

"No credit cards taken at all!! Wonder why this is in an era of credit cards in 2023. Prices aren’t a bargain if you assume CASH ONLY!! If you can get anyone that looks under 30 take her or him because this is the 2nd time I’ve spent over 150.00 with the tip & my wife leaves EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!! My wife will not complain she’s just that type of person, she’ll just look afterwards in sadness. The older woman has done acrylics once on my wife and another time dip nails. She needs better glasses!!!THEY ARE ALWAYS crooked and the polish is missing in the corners of the top of the nail beds. They STALL you so you’ll be forced into taking the UPCHARGE OF 25.00 for the gel on your nails in order to get out after being in there for 2 hrs. They do it intentionally, they walk off & gone to a VERY LONG BATHROOM BREAK OR THEIR TAKING LUNCH IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING YOUR NAILS OR THEY TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME. 90% of the people in this nail salon this day they asked you want GEL IT IS FASTER!! back to the CASH ONLY now you’re scrambling for the extra 25.00 CASH ONLY to pay for their active selling tactic. If my wife left happy that would be worth ALL THE CASH they’re charging but when I SEE IT MYSELF, the acrylics are crooked, missing corners & the acrylics are too wide for my wife’s tiny nail beds this is NOT WORTH EVER COMING BACK TOO!! It was one of her early Christmas presents, I’ll never bring her here again and pay that kind of CASH"

"Usually don't have a problem when going to this nail salon but they raise their prices everytime I go in and I always tip decent! But this last visit I waited 30 mins while another nail tech argued with a unhappy customer very unprofessional! Nails were done gel French mani and pedi which don't look wonderful. At the end when I was paying I had to use ATM to get money out and the nail tech demanded 20% tip!!! Rude I thought..and she got a $15 tip! I tip by the service not what is demanded! Never will I go again!"

"Never write reviews but felt compelled to. Picked a color and asked if I could purchase the same color to take home. Was told yes. Just before she painted I inquired again to Confirm and was told now no they didn’t have it. The technician then went to try and find a similar color but there wasn’t one that matched adequately. I tried to explain that I would change the color as long as I could purchase the same color to take home. I was not understood. The technician continued to try and match the old color. After sitting in my seat for another five minutes I asked for the pallets of color took them over And matched a different color myself. Problem solved. When I went to pay with my credit card I was informed cash only. They had an ATM but I had no debit card and it wouldn’t accept my credit card without a pin. The staff did not understand and could not assist me. I had enough money to pay for my manicure and a tip but I had to leave behind my matching nail polish. The only reason I changed color was so I could purchase the same color to take home! I was going to go get cash and come back and get the matching polish. I was so frustrated I decided to go to CVS and find a match! VERY FRUSTRATING"

"Did a walk in manicure, even though it was busy I was attended to very quickly! So many colors to select, efficient service, competitive prices. Salon area was organized and lovely, can’t wait to go again!"
