"A friend highly recommended me their services and I was really excited to make an appointment. However, after talking to an employee I had told her I would call her right back so I could check my schedule at work to make sure it works out with her availability. I literally called the salon back within 10 minutes and no one answered the phone, I left a voicemail with my info and a call was never returned to me. I called the next day after they were open and my calls went to voicemail. Sadly that reads to me as being unprofessional. Won’t be going there at all!"
