U.S. Nails

"I went there to get my toes done, but I decided to get my nails shipped up and trimmed too. He didn't have gloves on and pushed my cuticles back with dirty fingernails and cut of so much of my cuticle and trimmed the side of my nails horribly I have an infection in my thumb."

"My appointment was set at 1pm, waited a whole hour to be in a chair. Once she started doing my nails, 3 more customers walked in, so she was in a rush, I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I told her they were uneven and chunky and I wanted them to look more natural. she didn’t ask if I liked them, just proceeded to move on to the next customer. I expect her to take her time, took her 45 mins when I waited almost an hour and a half."

"My acrylics were uneven, some were thicker than others and I did not see any kind of sanitation here. I had to come back to this place 3 separate times to get something fixed on my nails. First two times the paint was peeling up and still tacky underneath. The third time 2 of the acrylics were lifting off of my fingernail (all of this within a week of getting them done) so I asked the woman there to take them off and then was given a hard time by 2 employees about getting a refund, ( I only received a partial refund) they tried gaslighting me and made me feel bad about asking for one even though I know that the quality of the nails was terrible. I NEVER ask for refunds, I have been in the service industry my entire life so I know what is acceptable and what is not. Needless to say, don't come here unless you're willing to risk it."

"i've been to this nail salon three times and each time I didn't get exactly what I wanted but I was okay with it because they were still cheap. I went yesterday and got my nails done and today as I was getting out of bed my thumbnail completely tore off my natural nail and I had to go to the doctor which cost me $150. I called and told them what happened and they offered to either glue my nail back on or redo the nail. I told her that neither of that could happen because I have an open wound on my finger and she laughed at me. I've only had good experiences here up until this the staff has always always been very nice to me. But they file your natural nails down way too much and make them week and brittle."

"There are currently only taking customers by appointment only. They did excellent work, very fair pricing. And it was done in a very timely manner. Will definitely go back again."
