"Alexander Spa is my New York state of mind Spa. Trained stylists, Nail technicians and every other areas. Updated January 2024- I am a long time customer of Alexander's Spa. I have had many stylists here but since Brea started cutting, styling and coloring my hair she never disappoints. She makes her customer very comfortable and she is a Master Stylist and updates you with all the new products. You must ask for the new scalp treatment so worth it from Brea. Beth is AAA++++ for facials and always books up very fast so you need to book in advance. With Beth it more than a facial and she is very knowledgeable about skincare n what your face might be needing."

"I will never go to Alexander’s ever again. Typically, I wouldn’t “blast” a local business; however I feel compelled due to the horrible service. I booked months ago and have written proof on gift card we booked 2x ritual massage/facials to celebrate my birthday.There are several ritual packages so I would be understanding if there was a hiccup. What I can’t comprehend is JESSICA, the “Manager” and her condescending unprofessional demeanor. She informed me it was my error and wouldn’t budge to even see what could be done to resolve. Several of the employees said it was “slow” and many of the staff were looking to add in appts. I see the Wilkes-Barre location closed. I imagine if they keep JESSICA out front, doors will close here as well. Save your money and book at a more reputable establishment. Lots of low rating of individuals like me that felt compelled to share terrible experience. Poorly managed, sub-par “spa”"

"My mother and I both got the Ritual Facial & Massage package for Christmas as a gift and we’ve tried setting up appointments multiple times and each time they’re busy or they can’t take 2 people for the service. This is ridiculous it is now July, for 7 months I have tried to book an appointment for my mother and I and each time they’re supposedly so busy even if I try calling 1 month or even 2 months in advance. So disappointed, they don’t even deserve 1 star"
