"I absolutely love coming here, but the lady I had the last 2 times I feel like pays more attention to her phone than to my nails. I had crooked nails last time, and today my right pointer is shorter than the others. However, they are amazing when it comes to nail designs!"

"Went today to get short almond shape ombre nails. Will not be back! The nail tech number 3 was on her phone the whole time, and also texting. My nails came out horrible! The wrong shape, and jagged. So not happy. Wish I made an appointment with Kerry my nail tech that I usually have. Next time I'll do that or go somewhere else."

"I ask for a nice oval style and they did it very short when i ask for a litte lo ger and one of my nails was curve to the side awfully she used very but very litte glue on my nails and for my acrylic same issue not enough very skinny lawyer, she charge me and eye for nails that look done by a 8 yr old then ask for tip when you are bot supposed to ask and to finish the night she was in a hurry rushing me out to the door very uncomfortable, wont go again i just when cuz my nail technician is i florida and didn’t have where to go. First and last time."

"I saw Amy, and i took my brother (a guitarist) whose nails keep chipping and breaking from playing, to get a very thin layer of acrylic to make them stronger when playing. My brothers nail tech was a man, and he was so wonderful to him. And Amy was amazing. we chatted about chinese new year and she taught me new things and on top of that, there are my nails a month grown out and they still look good. I had a very good experience."

"I was excited to get my nails done, asked for gel polish and a full set. Apparently that meant the $65 dollar gel nails, an easy thing to miscommunicate about… my nails burned while curing pretty badly and they were made extremely thick and long, after I had mentioned that I wanted them pretty short. The nail tech was looking at her phone under the desk most of the time she was tending to my nails. They were long, thick and crooked. She rushed out after finishing and charging me $70. I couldn’t just be okay with paying that much for nails I hated. I asked someone if they could shorten them and file them for me, he tried but they are still crooked and now short and wide looking. A definite disappointment."
