"I think my nails turned out very nicely! The staff are very friendly and my uv gel tip set was $55 which I think was pretty reasonable. Would go again for a fill!"
"The place is clean. Employees I feel were talking about my friend and I. In their language, they never engaged with us until the very end. My feeling was they wanted a tip. Price was equivalent to other places. I would not go back again personally."
"I really wanted to love this place when it opened since it is so close to my house and convenient for me! The workers are all very nice and pleasant. A lot of the colors in the book do not match the actual color that goes on your nails. Two of my 3 experiences I’ve chosen a color and the color that went on my toes was completely different. The first time was a bright sparkly pink. When she first applied the color it was almost clear, the lady got up and got a different color without asking me my opinion and started using that color which turned out to be an almost transparent sparkly salmon pink. Very different than the one I chose but I didn’t hate the color so decided to not say anything. Today, I went for a pedicure and specifically asked which colors were OPI colors since I know it is quality nail polish and the color would be correct. He handed me a book and I chose a magenta purple sparkly color. When he started to paint my nails it was indeed not an OPI color. He had 2 colors one dark plain purple and a sparkly top coat- he said the color I chose would just be clear sparkles so he is putting it on top of this color. Again not what I chose but I didn’t absolutely hate it so I said whatever. My real issue is with cleanliness which I consider to be at the top of my list when choosing a nail salon. When he removed my previous gel polish he grabbed crumpled up tin foil which I thought was weird, when he went to wrap my toes with it I noticed flakes of other color nail polish on the inside of it, clearly it was used to wrap someone else’s toes. Then when I went to put my feet up on the towel it was cold and damp, not a new clean towel. They also do not use plastic covers for the pedicure chair bowls and the lady next to me did not spray it with cleaning solution or wipe it out before seating the next client there. although these may not be huge deals to some, it makes me wonder what else they are skimping on. For those reasons I will not return"
"I have been a customer of theirs since they were in the old location for about 7 years. I have never met a nice group of people who genuinely want you to be satisfied like the people at this salon. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and have never gotten a better pedicure in my life. Massage including hot stone always included. Prices are the most reasonable I've seen in Binghamton. They make you feel comfortable and appreciated. I highly recommend. Ask for Tom for your pedicure you won't regret it !"
"The technicians are good for a basic set / fill. They are friendly and clean as well. The pedicures are very expensive though and they do the absolute bare minimum. If you don't pay the extra for the hot stone, you do not even get a massage with lotion or anything. they just file, clip your nails, and paint. Nothing more and I've tried 3 times for a pedicure now. Not worth it for the pedicureof $40, definitely go elsewhere."
