"Came here looking for a new salon since my technician moved out of the area. Was asked to sign in and waited 40 minutes before another woman who came in 30 minutes after me was taken first and the employee claimed she had an appointment. Asked how much longer it might be and was told she had others still finishing with a chuckle and no timeframe offered. Said okay thanks. I wish I knew that before being told to sign in and sit down. This will not be my new salon. Still searching."
"Don’t go here they cut my skin and my toe was bleeding and the lady was super rough on me and my sister she messed up my sisters nails and did a sloppy job then overcharged us"
"I had the worst experience! They have really good prices but horrible customer service. I came in there for a pedicure with an acrylic big toe. I had called in to let them know i was coming so when i get there i wait a little which is not a problem. The girl puts me in a chair and a guy whos working on someone else asks me if i want to soak my feet or wipe them down and im here thinking “im obviously here for a pedicure” so i told him i wanna soak. I waited 45 minutes til he was done with the previous customer. Once he was done he asked me what did i want and i repeated myself. When he heard acrylic toe. He got annoyed and tried to convince me not to get it but its what i want. So he started speaking in his language and then he started walking around angry. He sat at the back doing nothing for another hour. Then a lady finally came and started doing the acrylic shape. She too tried to convince me not to get it but i said no i want it. Then when she was doing doing the shape she called the guy to finish the rest and it was so rushed."
"Amazing place, my mom and i get our nails done here every month or so, they do exactly what you need. I got these done last week and i feel like they look so adorable, the staff is so friendly and doesn’t make opinions on your nail choices unless you ask for it. I would definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone who came to PA, there are so many nail choices to pick from, and they are quick which I’m pretty sure is a concern these days."
